A simple app that enables you to add additional (or "unsupported") languages to your device's locale settings, if the OEM (*ahem* **Xiaomi**) doesn't let you. Some OEMs, particularly Xiaomi with MIUI/HyperOS, limit users to selecting only one language or locale. This restriction can lead to issues, such as apps displaying incorrect characters due to Han unification, where characters in one language may appear in another. For example, without Japanese added as a locale, apps may show Chinese characters instead of Japanese ones.

Please install usageDirect instead of this app if you are interested in system usage statistics. This app reflects my experience with the usagae statistics API from a few Android versions ago. It may no longer be current and this app is no longer being maintained. The Android system collects app usage statistics in the background; however, native Android contains no way to read out this data properly. That is why I wanted to create a tool to display it. Unfortunately, I had to learn that this data source was riddled with bugs and highly unreliable. Thus, I converted this application into a museum. It exhibits aggregated usage statistics per day for usually the past ten days, per week for the past four weeks, per month for the past six months as well as data aggregated by year. As a special exhibition, it can display this data as charts. Design-wise, the app comes in the style of the settings app to highlight that this API is a part of the Android system. An included Guide to the exhibition names some of the issues you can expect to find on your tour.

A simple application to train converting written notes to their names. You see a image of a note and you have to select the correct name. If you selected the wrong name, then the button is disabled and you can guess again. When doing this, you get a (high)score which is calculated using the time and the number of the mistakes.

NFCGate is an Android application meant to capture, analyze, or modify NFC traffic. It can be used as a researching tool to reverse engineer protocols or assess the security of protocols against traffic modifications. On-device capture: Captures NFC traffic sent and received by other applications running on the device. Relay: Relays NFC traffic between two devices using a server. One device operates as a "reader" reading an NFC tag, the other device emulates an NFC tag using the Host Card Emulation (HCE). Replay: Replays previously captured NFC traffic in either "reader" or "tag" mode. Clone: Clones the initial tag information (e.g. ID). pcapng export of captured NFC traffic, readable by Wireshark.
